TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION2010 Events took place at The Skatin' Place at 6th Avenue and John F Kennedy Drive in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco Travel Information: Air: International participants should fly into SFO international airport. Domestic travelers can fly to either SFO or OAK, and take BART to downtown San Francisco. Bart from SFO or BART from OAK Bus: There are various bus routes that travel down Fulton Street. Fulton Street runs down the other side of the skating area, with John F Kennedy on the other. Alight as close to 6th Avenue as possible, and walk over. Car parking: There is an underground carpark that has an entrance at 10th Avenue and Fulton Street. There could also be some street parking available. Golden Gate Park: View Larger Map Accomodation: We booked rooms at a highly regarded USAHostels San Francisco downtown hostel. This means that if you are coming alone, you are able to book a cheap accommodation with the security of knowing that your room mates will all be BattleUS attendees, and that you'll be able to travel to & from the venue and social/food outings with us and the 'main group'.
